Tungsten is a silver-white metal with bright luster, featuring high hardness, high melting point and high density. It is not subject to air erosion at room temperature, thus it is often used to produce heat-resistant and wear-resistant alloys. Tungsten is an advantageous mineral in Chenzhou, where a complete industrial chain was formed from mine exploration and mining to smelting, deep processing, scientific research and trade.

 

During the expo, tungsten crystals are the main exhibit of Chenzhou Excellence Pavilion to let visitors learn the charm of tungsten crystals more intuitively. At the same time, the pavilion will illustrate the mining history and storage of tungsten ores, tungsten's features and the application of tungsten products by modern technologies to the public.
